About our Payment Schedule

Weekly payment is considered late if not paid in advance on the first school day of each week. A late notice is sent by the 3rd day of that week requesting immediate payment including late fines. A second notice is sent home if payments are not received by the 3rd day of the next week. The second notice advises of a deadline date for receipt of all past due payments and fines. If this final deadline is not met, a date for termination of childcare service is established and upheld.

• All weeks will be full price except a two day week and will be charged at the rate of $30.00. (Example – Thanksgiving week) 

• Payment is required for each week of the program whether your child attends or not in order to reserve the space. If you leave after school care and wish to return, you will be considered a new applicant and must register again and pay the registration fee provided that space is available. If you have extenuating circumstances such as a severe illness requiring a doctor’s care or a death requiring out of town travel, please speak to the director. You may be asked to provide documentation.
